Welcome to AI Rumpelstiltskin. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Description of Service

AI Rumpelstiltskin turns photos and selected settings into short AI-generated videos. Results are generated automatically and may not match your expectations. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate the service.

Video generation uses ByteDance's Seedance 2 model through Kie. The result is AI-generated content; do not present it as footage of a real event.

Video packs are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Current packs include 1, 3, or 7 video credits and do not renew automatically. Credits do not expire under the current configuration. One credit is used for an accepted generation task; if a task is marked failed, the credit is restored. A checkout labeled test or sandbox simulates a payment and is not a real purchase.

2. User Responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may upload photos of yourself or photos for which every identifiable person has explicitly given permission. Everyone shown must be an adult and must agree to appear in an AI-generated video. Do not violate another person's rights or interfere with the service.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or distribute:

• Pornographic, nude, or other sexually explicit or NSFW content.
• Violence, gore, graphic injury, or content encouraging harm to others.
• Hate speech, harassment, or demeaning content targeting a person or group.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or other content endangering children. We apply zero tolerance to this category.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive content making a real person appear to say or do something they did not say or do.
• Content infringing another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Before a generation task is submitted, Waffo Prompt Sift checks its text prompt; only an allowed request continues. Photos and generated results may also be handled through the video provider's safeguards and through review of user reports. Prompt screening cannot guarantee detection of every issue in an uploaded photo or finished video.

To report suspected violations, email hello@rumpelstiltskin-ai-video.com with the relevant page URL, task ID, and a description. Do not email child sexual abuse material. We review reports and may refuse generation, remove content, stop tasks, or restrict or terminate accounts. We may take further steps when required by applicable law.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain your rights to the photos and other materials you upload. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide and protect the service, including screening the generation prompt and sending photos to the AI generation provider. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded materials. The rights and permitted uses of AI-generated results may depend on applicable law and third-party provider terms; you are responsible for reviewing each result before using it.

The service's name, design, and software are not transferred to you by these terms.

4. Privacy and Data

We use account, submitted-content, task, and purchase information to operate the service. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments and Refund Requests

Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout. Test or sandbox transactions do not charge for a live service. For a payment, order, or credit issue, contact hello@rumpelstiltskin-ai-video.com. Refund requests are handled under applicable law and payment-provider rules. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or that every generated video will meet a particular expectation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access if needed to protect the service, respond to misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time. For account-data deletion requests, contact us using the address below.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
